Yes — Scanzy is free to download and use. There are no ads, no premium tiers and no in-app purchases. All features are available to every user.

Card scanning and card generation both work fully offline — OCR runs on-device via Google ML Kit. Cloud sync and login require internet, but your local gallery is always accessible offline.

OCR text recognition happens entirely on your device — no images or text are sent to us or to Google during scanning. When you log in, your card data syncs to our secure HTTPS server. We never sell or share your data.

Scanzy supports Android 6.0 (API 23) and above. For the best experience we recommend Android 10+, which benefits from scoped-storage improvements.

Absolutely. Email support@woodapples.in with the subject "Delete my account" and we will permanently remove all your data within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We're focused on Android currently. An iOS release is planned for a future update. Contact support to stay informed.
